What's the official procedure for collecting certificates from Anna University in case you were not able to attend convocation?

Anna University issues Degree Certificate to all its passed out graduates. The procedure to procure the degree certificate from the COE office is as follows:

• Visit the college along with a photo identity issued by the college itself. It can be anything like the latest hall ticket, consolidated mark sheet, college identity card.

• In case your parents are the ones receiving it they should also carry an authorization letter from you along with the photo identity mentioned above.

• Get the signature of the respective department HOD

• Then submit it in the COE office.

You will receive the Degree certificate soon after. Remember that Degree certificate will not be given to any other person (even with authorization) under

any circumstances.
