Yes, the graduation percentage is taken into consideration for selection at IIM Calcutta. The very first step of the admission process requires shortlisting of candidates for the personal interview. These candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the following criteria:

CAT score: 70% weightage
Past Academic Record: 30% weightage

So 30% of your chances depend upon your 10th, 12th, and Graduation scores.
