ISB Hyderabad or ICFAI gives MBA degrees and is one of the good business schools in India. It has good facilities and a good campus. There are also a good number of companies that visit their site.
But the intake and the costs are two big worries. They take in close to 1000 kids each year, which makes it hard to find unique jobs for all of them. Also, the fees are close to Rs. 16 lakh, which is a lot more than what other B-schools in the same grade charge.
Faculty and pedagogy: The school is recognized by the AACSB, and the way students learn at IBS is through continuous learning. They use a case-based teaching method to make business education more useful. The teachers are well-known and have a lot of experience teaching. There are a lot of people with PhDs from top business schools like HBS, IIMA, Wharton School, and others. Many former students come back to teach.
Alumni Network: IBS has been around for a long time, so many of its graduates are in top management roles in India and around the world. It has about 58,000 people working all over the world who went there. This helps them build good relationships with businesses, which leads to good job prospects for graduates.
Locational Advantage: ICFAI has many campuses, with Hyderabad and Mumbai serving as their business relations hubs.
Peer Learning: When deciding who to let into its MBA program, IBS considers not only the candidates' good grades and work experience but also how well they might fit into the program. This makes sure that each group has a good mix of people and that people can learn a lot from each other. So, my conclusion is that you should go to IBS Hyderabad if you don't have any better choices or if the fees aren't a big deal for you.
Placements: 393 recruiters participated during ISB Placements. Top employers include HDFC, Bajaj Capital, ICICI, Deloitte, HCL, Zomato, Wipro, etc. Students received an average salary of INR 34.07 LPA. The Highest Salary stood at Rs.15.89 LPA.
