IIMs consider several factors for admission which are academic performance, work experience, and performance in the Common Admission Test (CAT) to get a call. The cut-off percentile for admission in each IIM varies from year to year and it depends on factors like the number of applicants, the difficulty of the exam, and the availability of seats.
In general, non-engineer male candidates need to score above the 95 percentiles in the CAT exam to have a good chance of being shortlisted for the IIMs you have mentioned (Nagpur, Rohtak, Shillong, and Kashipur). It might change and you will need a lower percentile if you have some work experience, meeting the cut-off percentile does not guarantee admission, as the IIMs also consider other factors such as academic background, work experience, and performance in the personal interview and written ability test.
So, it's important to perform well in all the above factors mentioned in the admission process to increase your chances of getting into your desired IIM.
