How is the rapport between juniors and seniors at SCMHRD?

The scenario between seniors and juniors totally depends on how much you, as a junior, are taking the initiative to go and talk to them. Seniors like it if you go to them for any query. 

If I talk about my relationship with the seniors when I used to study in the first year, it was pretty harmonious. I was a junior member of the cultural committee at SCMHRD, and I had a strong relationship with all of my seniors on committees and with those who were not part of any clubs or committees. I always used to go to them for my career options and what courses I should take. We also used to have drinks sometimes, so I really enjoyed my time at SCMHRD.
