The faculty has also formed a counseling committee for the benefit of the students. The course curriculum is revised each year and students confront a lot of live case studies for in-depth knowledge of their fields. Placements: In 2020, 122 companies had visited the campus giving out around 300 offers to a total of 238 candidates. The average package offered was 26 LPA, and the highest was 52 LPA approximately. Some of the companies that recruited are 3I InfoTech, Frost & Sullivan, Cognizant, Gartner, IndusInd Bank, and Myntra. SPJIMR provides excellent quality education and most faculties in the college have at least an experience of 10 years. However, it's worth noting that SPJIMR had a fantastic final placement season for its PGDM batch of 2022. The median salary saw a 20 percent jump, and the average salary increased by 23 percent for the graduating batch. The highest salary offered was over 53 lakhs, and nearly 9 out of 10 students received offers of at least 25 lakhs.
