Difficulty level of BITSAT is higher compared to GUJCET and MHTCET. You will need more practice to score in BITSAT. It also has negative marking, which makes scoring more difficult.
In BITSAT, students are required to answer 130 questions within 3 hours. There are four sections in the examinations, i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English.
In MHTCET and GUJCET, the questions are from PCM only. MHTCET has no negative marking as well.
The level of both the exams GUJCET and MHTCET are kind of similar but the level of the BITSAT exam is higher compared to both the exams.

The exam pattern of BITSAT consists of 150 questions. The time limit of the exam is 3 hours. Out of the 150 questions, there are 15 questions of English while 10 are of logical reasoning. In MHT CET, the 150 questions are entirely based on PCM and each subject has 50 questions.
Students appearing for BITSAT need to practice more compared to those appearing for GUJCET and MHT CET. Students who are able to complete 150 questions before time then extra bonus questions are also provided to them. The main difference between BITSAT and the other two exams is the speed. Students need to fast to solve BITSAT on time along with bonus questions. BITSAT also involves a lot of critical thinking, depth of knowledge along with solving at same time.
So, the preparation needs to be good to perform well in all the exams.
