IIM Ahmedabad does not offer an HR specialization. However, you can always add more HR electives to your PGP program in the second year to help your cause. If you are certain that you want to work in human resources, apply to XLRI or TISS. They offer the best HRM education in India.
IIM Ahmedabad doesn’t provide any specialization. In PGP1, you would be taught courses for all functions such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources. In PGP2, you have the option to choose your courses depending upon your interests. So, if you want to do a specialization in any field, you have the option to enroll for courses in that area in PGP2.
