IIIT Hyderabad is the best in the lot for CS which clearly reflects in its cut-off range of 260+ in JEE Main. BITS Pilani for CS must be your second choice.

Among the given options your order of preference must be IIIT-G > NSIT= DTU > BITS Goa > BITS Hyderabad.
