Can I get an NIT seat with a 15000 obc rank in JEE Mains?
It will be difficult to get an NIT Seat with a 15000 OBC rank in JEE Main. You may get NITs like Agartala or Silchar, during the last rounds of counseling. Whether you will get a seat or not will depend on the competition of that year and the cutoff trends. You may apply for the counseling and wait till the spot round admission.

My sister got 14,700 in JEE Mains and she also wanted to go to NIT but there is a very low chance to get a seat in NITs until the 7th round according to your rank.
