Remarks :

We can get admission into the college after the 10th based on the merits. We can find the application form on the college's official website. Reservation benifits will get for the students who are eligible for it.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I had chosen the civil engineering course based on my own interests. There are 210 students in my year divided into three classes. We have a good faculty. We will have three term exams which are tough but can be solved easily if we concentrate well.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 36000 per year

Placement Experience :

From the 1st semister of the final year, students are eligible for the placements. Most of the CSE and IT students will get placed. Other branches like civil, mechanical etc. get less companies. Many students plan for higher studies like M.Tech, MBA etc. after completing a degree. Companies like Wipro, Vasar Labs, Infosys etc. will offer placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

We have to pay some 10,000 at the start of the 1st year. We can get scholarships for the students who are eligible for them from the government through the TS-Epass scheme. Those who are not eligible for the scheme have to pay fees every year.

Campus Life :

We can lead a great life on campus. We can have fests and programs which are organised by students themselves. We have a central library as well as a digital library. More encouragement is needed for the sports.

Hostel Facilities :

We are given a hostel facility for free with a cot and bed. Meals are also provived three times a day including snacks. The quality of the food need to be improved but it is good need to get better. Hostels are provided in the campus premises only.

Camo placements are also good on this campus, they provide various types of placements here, there is a high percentage of students getting placed in a job in campus interviews and the average package is around 24 lpa, and the average packages with respect to different branches change accordingly.

Life of IITians

Placement Experience:

Almost 80% of students from our college get placed every yea. The average package was 27 lakhs per annum and the highest was 51 lakhs per annum recorded last year. We get placements in 7 th semester. I will take my job after I get placement. I would prefer to continue my job only after placement.

DIVE WITH ME INTO THE WORLD OF IITH

Placement Experience:

from the 7th semester, students can sit for placements. the companies visited are Google, Goldman Sachs, amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart. etc. 90% of the students were placed. highest is 66 lakhs and the average is around 20-25 lakhs. my plans after getting a degree is if I get a good package from campus placements I will accept it and do a job if I am not satisfied or if I do not get the good package I will go for masters abroad.

Review of Electrical Engineering course in IIT Hyderabad

From semester 6 or 7 the students at the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad are eligible for campus placements. There are numerous companies visiting the campus every year. A college experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this to get a degree in computer science which I thought would be better for me. The course curriculum is good as of now. The faculty-and-student ratio is okay too. But all of the faculty here are contract-based I suppose but are of good knowledge. The faculty inspires students to gain knowledge and motivates them to be independent as much as possible. They train students to be disciplined and are strict in that term. The teachers are also well qualified and of a good experience. The term exams got postponed due to the weather conditions and state holidays but apart from that, every other exam is conducted timely. But I would blame the correction for the pass percentage of the students from the university, though you would find the paper to score well.

My one year experience in IIT Hyderabad, my dream college

Placement Experience:

Great placement was there, but the packages were a bit less due to the recession. placement percent is around 98-99%. Many students go for higher studies, I am also thinking of doing MBA or preparing for UPSC. The highest packege this year was around 70-72 lpa.
