Remarks :

Review of college based on experience till now. Students can get admission in the college by the AKTU counseling and the students who get the good rank in the JEE mains exam which is conducted by the NTA every year twice after 12th exam. Students have 6 choices in the Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology for studying. They can chose the CSE, IT, ELECTRONICS , MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL , AND CIVIL engineering. The reservation are for J&K and Mizoram students. They have 10% sheets in the classroom.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Faculty - Teachers are well qualified and experienced as the college is quite old so they have highly experienced professors. The professor are from various IITs , NITs and good college. Professor are good and helpful as they help students in all aspects.

Internships Opportunities :

Students registered by themselves for the various internship and their is a training placement cell which helps you to find out the good internship and helps you to get the internship. Most of the students of 3rd year get the internship and training under the BLW banaras and many other government sectors.

Placement Experience :

Placement: Last year students got placed was 80-85% percentage. The highest package was 54LPA and the lowest was 3.8LPA and the Average package was around 5-6LPA. Mostly students got placed in good companies like - Google, Amazon, TCS, Wipro, BEL ( govt.), Infosys and many more companies. Placement Trend for branch was CSE - 90-95% , IT - 85-90% , Electronics - 70-75% , ME - 70-80% , EE&CE - 50-60%.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee's structure in Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology is not much high as it's a government college and the students can get the scholarship from the Government if they are eligible under the scholarship scheme. Most of the students get the scholarship every year. Students can also get the stipend after applying for the internship.

Campus Life :

College organised 2 fest every year. Which is named as Anubhuti and Tvaran . Anubhuti is the cultural fest and Tvaran is the sports fest. College has its own Library where the books are available for higher studies as college provides masters and PHD degree. Students have so many council for they enjoyment and learning purpose as students have PFAC ( for photography and fine arts) Cultural council and many technical fourm. College has big playground for cricket and football. They have courts for badminton, table tennis, and other sports.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel - Their are 10 hostels total 7 for boys and 3 for girls. The Ramanujanand Khosla hostel is for final year and Kalam, Old VS hostel are 3rd year and other hostels are for 2nd year and first year boys. Hostel have high speed internet services and 2 common hall for indoor sports. Mess food is good in comparison to outside food . The quality of food is good but the taste is not much better. There are rented and pg rooms available outside the campus in low amount with mess food.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because my family wants me to become an engineer. So I chose electrical engineering student because I have an idea in my mind to do something big in this field. Here the faculties are very good and for electrical engineering, it is awesome. All the teachers are good. So if you want to know about students ratio then you'll see girls are very low. If you ask me about mine then in my batch only 24 girls are there out of 150 boys. Here most of the faculties are from IITs or NITs and PhD holders. if you'll ask me to rate the course and faculty I'll give you 8 /10. Here exams are held semester vice. And CTS are also there

The student is eligible from 3rd year for campus placement. Most of the student prepare for exams like GATE, SSC, and IAS or some of them open their startup. Placements are not that good. But some of the students with good skills get a decent package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Tech CS is a very learning course. In this course, we learn about device infrastructure and its working module. The faculties of IMSEC are mainly IIT passed out. Term exams will be conducted after every one and a half months.

IIT Kanpur : Overly underrated

Placement Experience:

You get placed in your 4th year and the highest package was off campus around 4 cr and on campus was 2.4 cr and the average is 18 LPA around. If you sit for placement with a decent prep you are most likely to get placed. And yup I too am hoping for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I have an interest in electrical things so I decided to opt for it. The faculty of the electrical engineering branch is well qualified there are lots of professors who graduated from IITs if we talk about the student ratio it is equal to a ratio of 1:84. Every two months minor exam is held and It is quite difficult to pass if you are not prepared from the start. After two minor exams, there is a final exam held called majors in which the full syllabus of the semester is asked.
