Remarks :
I got admission through ACPC. We have to submit our documents on a particular date on the website and go to our college for further process. we have to get above 60% in our 12th class to be admitted to our college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
So I chose the computer engineering course because I personally have an interest in knowing more about computers and related skills and subjects, so I will get a good package in the placement round. So if I talk about faculty members I would like to start with H.O.D. mam, she is very calm and understanding in nature and she completed her Ph.D. and is well educated. All the faculty members are very helpful in nature and they are also well educated some faculties did their Ph.D. In Svit there are mainly two mid-semester exams and they are quite easy if you regularly attend class and make some effort during exams and final exam is taken by GTU University which is not very hard to clear.
Internships Opportunities :
For internship opportunities svit ties up with edunet foundation. Svit provides the internship program for us who are interested in working with Edunet Foundation as interns. Svit's faculty also shares a list of the companies that provide internships near the svit location.
Placement Experience :
The placement of the college is quite good. For placement purposes, they make a team that is named with a placement drive. The student who is interested in placement needs to join it for placement-related information.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So basically svit half year means one semester's fees are 37000 and the same for other semesters. So one-year fees are 74000, Which is reasonable according to Svit infrastructure and facilities they gave. So if I am talking about the scholarship, I got a Mysy scholarship which is provided by the government of Gujarat. In that scholarship I got half-year (one semester) fees means 37000 and also I got hostel fees of 12000 so I got 49000 scholarship. Our college svit also provide scholarship.
Campus Life :
There are so many fests held during the year. So the name of the first fest is Prakash. Which is Gtu's fest and is held only in some colleges. Svit is one of the colleges in which Prakash is organized and Svit's promotion team go to different different college to promote Prakash events and workshops. So many students come to participate in Prakash organized by SVIT. Vision is also organized by svit. In which there are multiple events and workshops. I once participated in Prakash as a volunteer purpose and also took part in some tech events and one workshop. There are also sports opportunities in the svit, my one of friends and her team take part in different sports like volleyball and basketball at gtu level sports competitions.
