Remarks :

Eligibility is the Keam exam. Application Forms and fees can be found on the college website. 50 % of the seats are government seats and the rest are management seats. There are a few seats reserved for NRI as well. The admission process in the college is so good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have a strong passion for cyber security. That made me choose this course. There are a lot of faculty and students in this college. There are more non-teaching staff than teaching staff. All the faculties are well educated and trained. The semester exams happen once every six months which is quite challenging for an average student.

Placement Experience :

Final-year students are eligible for campus placements. A lot of companies visit the college. 55 LPA is the highest package received. Almost every student gets placed. The college promises every student a job if they perform well.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are scholarships for students who have performed well in KEAM and +2. The basic fee is 37500/ semester. But One can get upto 100 % scholarship. My Rank in Keam is 39000. So I am not able to claim any of the scholarships.

Campus Life :

There are a lot of annual fests and tech fests in the college. The college has a well-stocked library facility. The college has the facility to perform your skills in almost every sport in the country. The college has a lot of societies and clubs run by students and faculties.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel room is clean and hygienic. 3 people are accommodated in a single room. The room has enough space and facilities for 3 people. The food is just okay. It is not upto the mark. The hostel is not so affordable. The registration process is not so long.

IIIT KOTTAYAM AN EXPERIENCE TO BEHOLD

Placement Experience:

Seniors said that they are sitting for placements in the final year and preparations are made from 3rd year. The on-campus placement happens very often. TCS, Infosys, etc. International companies like NVidia also came for placement. 92% of students got placed in 2023. I plan to sit for placement after Btech.

A Beautiful review about my College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fine. It's good and can manage both academics and sports. Faculty members are so kind and good. As I said in my preference order I gave CSE as my choice but I got only ECE anyway I like electronics. Faculties here have doctorate degree along with some specialization. Exams. There are 2 mid-semester exams each for 50 marks and 1 End semester exam for 100 marks along with some courses have lab.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are there if you cross the minimum CGPA mark. We have lots of big companies with the highest package being 50 laks(yeah CS) and 4 lakhs per annum idk which branch so the average is somewhere 14 lakhs p/a. Caterpillar, Infosys, Tata, Bajaj, Axis Bank many more you can go to nitc website for this there is a detailed report there. just check the website. My plan is probably MTech I don't know I am not studying enough for gata let see what happens.
