Remarks :

You have to appear jee mains entrance exam and qualify for this exam with a good percentile to be admission here. You have to participate in JOSAA or CSAB counselling. There is no state reservation for this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

As we know course curriculum is not very relevant to placement you have to develop your own skills. Faculties are good and experienced. Exams are held timely and you can score enough by studying one or two weeks before exams

Internships Opportunities :

College provides internship opportunities. IIIT Ranchi often facilitates summer internships for its students. The availability of internships may vary each year. you have to develop and work on your skills and work on projects to get internships.

Placement Experience :

Placement starts in the 7th semester. 90% of students were placed. The highest on-campus placement was 45 lpa and the average was 16 lpa. One girl got the highest placement of 83 lpa off campus. As colleges have been established recently, college placements are not too much good. You have to develop and work on your skills.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is higher than nits and iits. The total cost of 4 years B. Tech. the course is 13 lakhs. You can also get a loan for the course if you want. There are many banks which sanctions loan like PNB, SBI etc. There is no fee recession like nits and iits for low-family income students. You will get scholarship assistance from seniors.

Campus Life :

IIIT Ranchi annual is Ephemere. Books are available in the Library. The college has sports and extra curricular activities. There is a ground not too big and a volleyball, badminton court is also available where you can play. College has a technical society "House of Geeks" which has different wings. There are many clubs like Rangbaaz-Drama club, Lit-LIterature club, saaz-Singing club, Alfaaz-poetry club and Kriti.

NIT JAMSHEDPUR Review

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. Placement percentage was 98.8% and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering was 100%. The average package of our college is 17.2 LPA and 27.32 LPA for CSE. The highest package was 83LPA. I will try to get placed in one of the best companies coming into our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose computer science engineering because I always had an interest in it. The faculty-student ratio is quite good here. It is approximately 1:14. All the teachers here are PhD graduates and the teaching method is quite good too.

The IIT ISM story...

Course Curriculum Overview:

Electrical engineering being a circuital branch has a wide range of possibilities ahead. It can also be considered as evergreen branch whose demand is atleast not going to end soon. Faculty here are PhD professionals but some might not like the teaching methodologies as it is quite different from the regular schooling/coaching methodologies. Term exams are strictly followed and on basis of regular intervals to check learning process. It is pretty easy to pass the exams if someone only pays attention in class or refer to notes by professors.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty are here so much more friendly. Some of them try to act like a professor but they are not. Some of the professors are very good and even they take the time to solve our doubts in their cabin. They support students in every aspect. They are good in every aspect. We have two teachers for physics and one for CSE.
