Remarks :

One can take admission to this college by giving jee mains and getting a suitable rank in accordance with the cutoff, you can write your jee main in your 12th, and one year after the 12th, after the entrance exam there will be two counseling josaa and csab after those counseling you get seat according to your preference, there are reserved seat in every such institutions and there is some reserved seat for girls also, Reservation is based on your category.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I opted for this course because of my interest in the computer science field, there are a number of faculties with a ratio of 1:30, there are qualified teachers who have done their Ph.D. from IITs and NITs and the facilities are very helpful, they teach every required concept for the course, there is continuous evaluation throughout the semester majorly there are two quizzes and mid-semester and end semester in one semester

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 310000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are internship opportunities provided by the institute as well as external, you can avail of them depending upon your CV and resume and your GPA, there are various roles in which you can do an internship such as sde, data analytics, and web development based on your project and cv, one can do projects in blockchain, web development and app development and other fields depending upon your interest.

Placement Experience :

You can sit for the placement from 6 th semesters or onwards, generally, placement drives take place from August to December of each year some renowned organizations come for the campus placement, and there are quite a few companies and every 92 percent of the eligible students placed in the previous year with an average package of 10 lakhs, I will go for masters after graduation.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is a fee hike every year in the institute as it is self-sustaining, you can avail of any national-level scholarship or state-level scholarship i.e. nsp for which you are eligible, there is no scholarship provided by the institute based on family income. There is no financial assistance provided by the institute.

Campus Life :

In general, the annual fest is conducted in September and its name is IIIT habba, there is no such big technical event but the technical clubs conduct their own event from time to time, there a quite a few technical and social clubs, there are books available for the ongoing course in the semester but quantity is less not everyone in the class can have the books, sports ground is under construction but there is quite a good facility for indoor sports such as badminton, table tennis, basketball, etc., there is a smart tv in every classroom in lecturer show their presentation.

Hostel Facilities :

There are 4 people per room in every room in the hostel, you will be provided with one table, cupboard, and cot each there are only two fans in the room, mess food quality is okay not so good not so bad, in our college, it is mandatory to be in the hostel so there is no as such different process.

IIIT Dharwad - A college to be avoided

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I was interested in game development and I wanted to learn coding. All the teaching faculty in the college have PhD degree in their respective subjects. Teaching method can be improved as they just read pdf rather than make the class interesting. Term exams take place every two months and there are only two term exams which are mid sem and end sem. Difficulty of exams is moderate.

Placement Experience:

In the 6th, 7th and 8th sem students can able to attend the campus placement. So many companies will be visiting for campus placement. Around 50-100 companies will be visiting every year. 85% of the students will be getting placements. My plan after getting a degree is to work in an MNC company as a web developer.

EAST OR WEST NITK IS BEST.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement after 3rd year of bechlor degree. Companies like Google, Infosys, Facebook, Flipkart, Microsoft, oracle, YouTube, amazone, Intel, Uber, Myntra, Cisco, NetApp, Morgan, visa and many more. Over 93% students are placed last year. And the maximum packege was above 45 LPA.

From the third semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. Yeah, we have many different types of companies. Last time one member from our got selected for the 23 lakhs package and i dont know about the lowest package. The percentage of students should be more than 60.

Cbit is the best college in education
