The average CTC offered can vary widely, with an average around ₹6-8 lakhs per annum, while the highest can reach up to ₹40 lakhs per annum and the lowest around ₹3-4 lakhs per annum. Preferred companies for various courses include top tech firms and multinational corporations, which offer average CTCs in the range of ₹10-15 lakhs per annum. Companies that hire in bulk typically offer CTCs in the ₹6-8 lakhs range. Placement Experience:

The placement training starts in February and the season goes on till the 8th semester ie May next year. The process is very transparent in which you'll get a mail from companies about their offer and hiring process. First would be the ore placement talk which is either conducted online or in anna auditorium. Then if shortlisted you'll go through interview rounds and selected based on that. Average CTC would be 5-6 LPA according to my knowledge and mass recruitment companies that come to VIT are Ion trading group, Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, cognizant. They pay around 4lpa. Ion pays exceptionally well (14LPA) but take up a lot of people. The companies students aim here for are Bain and co, Flipkart, Zs associates, Moody's analytics, BlackRock, etc these companies offer amazing compensation and have a very good growth prospect for the students.
