- The curriculum adopts a good mix of theories, practice, software, and tools to give students a solid grounding in human resource practices. Students are well-prepared for roles in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and management, training and development as well as consultancy.
- Strengthening students’ soft skills are one of the key strengths of the HRC specialization as HRC students hone their skills in creativity, communication, persuasion, and collaboration.
