Admissions at Amity University Dubai are offered two academic sessions, i.e, in the months of September and January. For most of the programs, students need to have a minimum of 50% aggregate on class 10th, 12th and UG degree. Amity University Dubai: Admission Procedure

Amity University Dubai follows a very simple admission procedure for a hassle-free experience for students. While applying for admission at Amity University Dubai, you will be required to undergo the following steps:

Fill the application form and email it to admissions@amityuniversity.ae along with these documents:
1. A recent passport size photograph in JPEG format
2. A copy the passport information page
3. A copy of class 10th and 12th marks card for UG programs and a copy of class 10th and 12th marks card along with UG degree certificate
4. Completed interview assessment form
Wait for the admission committee to evaluate and process your application; all the successful applicants will be provided with an offer letter.
Read the offer letter carefully since it will have information pertaining to the course you have been accepted in, course start date, tuition fee, payment mode and other important information.
Upon receival of the offer letter, pay the tuition fees and 3,100 as part of registration and application fees.
After this, you will be required to make an application for the student visa to study in UAE. Along with it, you can also apply for university accommodation.

Amity University Dubai Application Deadline

Amity University Dubai does not have strict application deadlines for its programs, however, it’s favorable to complete the application process at least 3 months before the registration date. Amity University Dubai Admission: Entry Requirements

Amity Dubai offers a unique range of foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate courses. All the courses have different entry requirements. As per your intended program of study, you need to take care of the following entry requirements:

Foundation Program Entry Requirements

In order to get into one of the foundation programs at Amity University Dubai, it’s essential to have achieved 5 O levels in one of the following:

IGCSEs
GCSEs
WAECs
IBCP

This is the only entry requirement to get into the foundation programs at Amity Dubai and no other entry requirement is to be met.

Undergraduate Program Entry Requirements

Amity Dubai offers a broad range of unique UG courses to choose from. To get into one of these courses, it’s essential for students that they have fulfilled the following entry requirements:

For Engineering and Science courses, students need to have a minimum of 50% in class 10th and a minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Maths or Physics, Chemistry & Biology in class 12th.
For the rest of the UG courses, students need to have a minimum of 50% in class 10th and 12th.

Students seeking transfer admission to Amity Dubai will be required to provide an attested copy of all the markscards of the last completed semester and also an original copy of the detailed course and teaching structure of the recently completed semester.

Graduate Program Entry Requirements

The entry requirements for all the graduate courses offered at amity Dubai are the same. To get admission into one of the graduate programs, it’s essential that the following entry requirements are met:

A minimum of 3-year bachelor’s degree in the same or related field with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognized university, and
A minimum of 50% aggregate in class 10th and 12th.
For MBA, students from non-related fields can apply with the same aggregate criteria as mentioned above.

UAE Student Visa Process

In case you are visiting UAE for the first time for higher education, applying for a student visa can be a confusing process. To help with this, Amity dubai has got a dedicated student services team that takes care of the complete visa process.

Fill and complete a new student visa application form.
Make sure that all the information provided in the form is correct and matches exactly with the details as present on the passport.
Next, check and make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months.
Upon submitting the completed application form and paying the application fee, the student services team will initiate the visa application process. The complete processing of the student visa will take approximately 20-25 days, while the express visa will take 10-15 days.
As you arrive in UAE after getting the student visa, you will be required to take your passport to the student services team for them to complete the application for medical appointment and clearance. The whole process takes around 20 days.
After this, your passport will be sent to the immigration office for stamping, which again will take 20 days.
Upon completion of all the procedures mentioned above, your Emirates ID will be issued in another 5-6 days.

Although admissions at Amity University are competitive, students fulfilling the entry requirements adequately will have a fair chance of admission.
