This 3 to 5 year program will allow students to explore and pursue a research project built around a substantial piece of work, which has to show evidence of original contribution to knowledge.
Preparation at a PhD level is crucial to furthering within the discipline of business and management. A PhD is the highest academic award for which a student can be registered.
This program is best suited for students that possess various logical and analytical skills, time management skills and managerial skills. A major emphasis of the program is the development and completion of a research problem that involves advanced techniques and concepts, culminating in an oral defense of the Ph.D. dissertation.
The objective of the PhD program in Management is to prepare students to work as professionals in academia, government firms, or in private organizations.
The ability to perform independent and original research, along with the successful completion of multidisciplinary academic coursework.
Students will learn the underpinnings of the discipline, research design, statistical analysis and qualitative and quantitative methods, along with scientific writing and presentation skills.

Academic Eligibility:

Students must a minimum of 50% aggregate in grades X and XII.
Students also require a 3-year undergraduate degree and a 2-year post-graduate degree in management and related areas, from a recognized university with a 50% aggregate, or the equivalent.
