The Ph.D program is offered in two modes – full-time and part-time. This program is not offered in a distance learning mode. Hence, coursework, participation in various interactions, submission of progress reports through presentations, etc on a regular basis is mandatory during the program.
Ph.D full-time is for a minimum of 3 years and Ph.D part-time is for a minimum of 4 ½ years. The maximum duration in the case of both modes is 6 years. Amity encourages interdisciplinary research and the exchange of ideas and knowledge in various related fields.

Academic Eligibility:

Students with M.Tech / M.Eng / M.Sc qualification with a minimum of 60% marks.
