BITS Pilani Dubai offers an ME in Electrical (with Specialization in Power Electronics and Drives) program for a duration of 2 years.
It is a full-time course.
This program has been duly approved for offering by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Government of Dubai.
With a specialization in Power Electronics and Drives, the students will be well-versed in the operation, function, and interaction between various components and sub-systems used in power electronic converters, electric machines, and adjustable-speed drives.
Students will also be able to build up sound knowledge in the areas of interaction of power devices with power systems as well as the control aspects of power electronic activities.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

The student must have an xII class mark sheet with the affiliated board but no specific cutoff is mentioned.
Applicants must hold a degree such as B.E. / B.Tech. in EEE, E&I, or ECE or its equivalent with a minimum 60% aggregate.
IELTS exam accepted but not mandatory.
