QMUL is known for its School of International Arbitration and internationally distinguished faculty in the field of Arbitration.
Course Curriculum
The very fact that QMUL is situated in the heart of London helps you access top tier international law firms which are in close vicinity of the University. Also the classes (theoretical aspects) were coupled with relevant practical exposure.
Exams
IELTS 7.5 Overall and 7.00 in all the four components of IELTS. Excellent grades in Bachelor's.
Placement
During my time at QMUL, I had the privilege to represent the University at international rounds of Price Media Law Moot Court Competition held at University of Oxford. I was fortunate to have got an opportunity to participate in Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition of Herbert Smith Freehills, London and training workshop of Allen and Overy, London. I owe it to my alma mater, QMUL for making a difference to my life and in further development of my intellectual capabilities.
Internship
I was not able to secure any internship during my LL.M. at QMUL. I had applied for internships and jobs but as everything was competitive, other international applicants with additional qualifications had edge over me. It was however a very enriching experience to subject yourself to the application procedures and understand the way of working of people in UK.

Faculty
The faculty members of QMUL need no introduction as they are international authorities on the subject of arbitration. Many are not just academics but also international arbitrators and have many books/research articles to their credit which are read by one and all, not just in UK but through out the world.
Hostel
My accommodation was provided by University itself but through a third party. I was not living inside campus but at a distance (next tube station). It took me 15 minutes every time to walk to and fro from the campus.
