University of Hertfordshire is Government university and it have all facilities.

I select university on the basis of course. mine course provide me all subject which is necessity for career.
Exams
IELTS SCORE- 6.0 EACH. 60% AND ABOVE IN BACHELOR & 12TH. No other requirement.
Placement
i am enroll in great course and i think every one get job if they study well. because UK have massive software market.
Internship
i am on research mode.

Scholarship
Normally every university have scholarship program, yes i received 2 scholarship from uni.
Faculty
Now a days its really hard to say any ratio of faculty and staff, because me and mine friends completing study online. but i am sure that university have enough staff for student. nature of staff is good and supportive.
Campus Life
yes, have massive infrastructure. Library, computer room, study room, group discussion room, project room, personal study room, cafeteria, pub, club, sports area and other all. even i don't know many things.
Hostel
now i m living in London but university accommodation is good.
