- Taught in the Business School for the Creative Industries at UCA Epsom, this Fashion Business and Management course prepares students to play a role in the dynamic global fashion industry. Promoting creative thinking in a commercial context, the course focuses on developing their business acumen and strategic planning ability.
- Students will acquire skills in fashion buying, merchandising, forecasting, management strategy, PR and marketing, branding, and international business.
- In the first year of the course, students will be introduced to the fundamental principles of the fashion industry, creative business, and management, as well as brand management and promotion, buying, and merchandising.
- Students will focus on finding their own specialist approach to work in the second year and be encouraged to start working more independently as students learn more about professional practices, visual merchandising, and fashion forecasting.
- In the final year, students will achieve a greater level of independence, focusing on self-managed research, study, and practice. Students will apply everything they have learned as they produce a unique, creative, and industry-linked final major project.
- Students will also have the option to complete a year-long Professional Practice Year within the fashion industry, which provides them with an opportunity to apply what they have learned and further develop their skills and experience.
- The graduates are highly employable, with a wide range of skills that are sought-after in the fashion business. Former students have progressed into careers working for household names such as Topshop, Burberry, and Harrods.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Qualifications:
- Indian HSC/ Standard XII with an overall average of 60.
English Proficiency:
- Indian Standard XII from CBSE or ISC national boards: English with 70% or above.
- Or, IELTS Academic for UKVI 6.0 (with no band below 5.5).
Recommendation Letter if out of education for 2 years.
Certificate of Finance:
- Students will be required to submit a document that has at least 9 months of the UKVI's maintenance requirement which for all 4 campuses is £9135 (1015*9) PLUS any unpaid course fees.
- The money needs to be in the form of cash funds and has been held for a minimum of 28 days and the statement cannot be older than 31 days.
Copy of Passport:
Clear scanned copy of all pages and previous UK visas including CAS (if applicable).
Immigration Form:
A paper form will be sent to students from the admissions team (after the deposit had been paid) asking them to complete details with regards to their immigration history.
