During the studies students will apply the same tools and techniques used by the construction industry and learn the most up-to-date procurement routes to gain the skills to be able to deal with risks arising from liabilities of contracting parties.
The program will help students demonstrate a good understanding of Building Information Management (BIM), and students will employ advanced design techniques coupled with knowledge of project management at both a technical and strategic level to produce high-quality designs that meet the industry’s environmental requirements.
Graduates will be equipped with the necessary skills to rethink design processes using value management principles. The course also places great emphasis on sustainable design, and students will use the internationally recognised environmental and sustainability assessment methods BREEAM and LEED for planning projects, buildings and infrastructure.
Available in part-time as well.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants must have an honours degree at 2:2 or higher in a related discipline.

Indian Students Eligibility:

Applicants must have passed graduation from recognised institution with 50% in a related field.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
