- This International Business and Commercial Law course will introduce students to the theory and practice of international business regulation in a globalized world.
- Their studies will cover both legal and financial aspects, giving them a well-rounded qualification that will enhance their ability to work as a legal expert in multinational corporations.
- The course will focus on international business law from a global perspective. It will identify the important characteristics of doing business in an international environment, the main sources of regulation, and key concepts of contract and corporate law.
- Students will explore business dispute resolution and be introduced to the concepts of corporate social responsibility, in particular, doing business in developing countries.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognized university.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
