Bachelor of Arts [B.A] [Media] From Robert Gordon University

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have the following requirements:

• SQA Higher: BBBB to include English (or a written subject requiring the use of English).
• GCE A Level: BCC to include English (or a written subject requiring the use of English).
• Irish Leaving Certificate Higher: H2H2H3H3 to include English at H2 (or a written subject requiring the use of English).
• IB Diploma: 28 to include Higher Level English (or a written subject requiring the use of English) at grade 5.

Indian Students Eligibility:

• Students must have passed 12^th grade from a recognized institution.
• Students must have Grade C or better in English and Maths.
• A post-high school qualification (i.e. a higher national diploma, an associate degree) can be considered for advanced entry to undergraduate courses. Applications will be considered on a case by case basis

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

This course will prepare students for a career in a variety of areas with possible careers in such areas as the creative industries, documentary production, social and digital media, commercials, corporate video production, interactive media, and web design. Job roles include Television and Radio Researcher, Web Designer, Social Media Marketing Officer, Advertising Executive, and Journalist.
