Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance at the University of The West of England is a 3 years program.
It is an on-campus, honours program offered on a full-time basis.
This applied and future-focused course balances knowledge and skills in accounting with an applied understanding of finance, giving access to a wide range of financial careers.
Students will also gain some exemptions from professional accounting examinations.

Based in the Bristol Business School, students will benefit from purpose-built facilities, including interactive learning rooms and spaces for individual and group study.
Students can develop their entrepreneurial skills though the University enterprise competitions and Grand Challenge projects.
This course shares a first year with our BSc(Hons) Accounting and BA(Hons) Accounting and Management, with full transferability between courses at the end of the first year.
This course is accredited by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
The Business School offers technology-enabled classrooms and individual and group study learning spaces as well as bookable conference rooms.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

UCAS Tariff points: 112
GCSE: Grade C/4 in English Literature or Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete the following eligibility criteria:

Students should have a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate (Standard XII) from boards such as CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB with 65% including grade C in at least five subjects.
Students with lower grades may be considered for entry onto a foundation degree.
Students should hold a 70% score in the English Language in Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate - Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
