- Master of Arts in Wildlife Filmmaking at the University of The West of England is a 1-year program.
- It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
- This postgraduate degree has been co-designed by UWE academics and producers, directors, and production managers from the BBC's world-renowned Natural History Unit (NHU).
- This intensive and rigorous year-long course is delivered full-time only and runs from September to September.
- In this Master's course, students will learn all they need to know via technical workshops, seminars, masterclasses and through experience and opportunities making films and digital content for clients.

- The program develops skills in research, script writing, directing, producing, production management and the pitching and commissioning of ideas.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students should hold an undergraduate degree from a recognized university and have basic media production skills.
- Highly motivated individuals already engaged in developing a portfolio of relevant experiences and activities (eg volunteer work, conservation experience, wildlife or travel filmmaking, writing, photography, adventure activity) will also be considered for admission.
Indian Students Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Students have to complete a 4-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Students must complete a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate – Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB: English Language with 70%. This qualification must have been completed within the last three years.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

- Resume/CV - This provides a summary of a student's experience and skills.
- Higher Secondary School Certificate - The certificate provided by the education board after completion of the Higher secondary education.
- Statement of marks - The marks statement provided by the education board.
- Letter of Recommendation - This shows who recommended the student to pursue the degree.
- Personal Statement - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying in a minimum of 250 words.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.
