Campus Life
Campus life is pretty good and offers a lot of things for students in terms of extracurricular activities - especially clubs! UoE has every club you could possibly think of - debate club being my favourite!

You have on-campus accommodation which is very expensive! Personal recommendation to look for rentals off-campus which will be very economical for you.
Reputation and ranking and the city is very nice and pretty. I always wanted the full Immersive uni experience with the hills and lakes and library the uni is very pretty indeed and very close compact.
Campus Life
The campus is essentially the 'greenest' campus in the UK and has been awarded for it multiple times. It is huge and very scenic. There are many societies that host a plethora of activities that run around campus all year long.

Accommodations on campus come in different options. Sharing, studios, self-catered, catered, etc., which are priced differently based on how much you get.
Campus Life
We got to see campus life only in sep 2021. We have been on zoom sessions throughout the year and the lockdown was lifted only in May and by the time we got to see more students it was August- September. In terms of extracurricular activities, we have been able to explore very little due to covid. But we did manage to explore the gym and sports club, library, MBA suite, a few cafes on campus, lecture rooms, have a few gatherings (keeping in mind social distancing). I think the previous batch and the next batch will have a much better experience.

Oncampus accommodation is more expensive than private or in city student accommodation. If I had known before, I would have taken private accommodation. Regardless of the type of accommodation, all landlords will give you a contract for no less that 6 months. You can extend it for a further 6 months. But it is extremely difficult to get a short term rent( 1,2,3,4 months). You have to search in advance and be present in person when booking your accommodation. Private places are closer to the city centre that allows you to buy groceries, essentials a lot more easily than on campus. There are no stores available on campus.
