We focus on the increasingly important areas of embedded systems, network computing, internet protocols and applications.
In the first year youÕll cover the foundations of each discipline, with modules in programming, circuit design, communications and signals. With a wide choice of modules in your second and final years, youÕre free to direct your studies towards your aims and interests.
In the final year, youÕll design and carry out an individual project based on your own interests and linked to current research areas within the schools.
Our BEng Computer Systems Engineering programme is CEng accredited and fulfils the educational requirements for Chartered Engineer when presented with an accredited MSc.Ê In addition, the programme meets the educational requirements for registration as an Incorporated Engineer.
