  • Time Series Data Software: A full range of economic and financial data is available through DataStream, Macrobond and the WRDS platform (including Bankscope and CRSP).

  • Statistical Analysis Software: A wide range of Econometric software including Eviews, Stata, Matlab, Gauss etc.

  • Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) is a unique number issued to students by Queen Mary which allows students to apply for a student visa with the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) service. When we issue a CAS to students, they are confirming that Queen Mary will sponsor their studies in the UK. Students must have a CAS from Queen Mary to be able to apply for a student visa to study here.
  • To request a CAS please select the CAS and Immigration tile in the applicant portal and follow the instructions. Students will not be issued a CAS until they have firmly accepted an unconditional offer, paid any required deposit and the CAS issuing window must be open. Students can apply from overseas up to 6 months before your course start date.
