- Students will learn about and explore the characterization, quantification, management, and reduction of risk, disasters, and their associated impacts, from a broad range of scientific, technical, socio-economic, political, environmental, ethical, and cultural perspectives. Through this multidisciplinary approach, students gain expertise in analyzing complex challenges, enabling them to become future leaders who drive policy change and innovation.
- Students undertake modules to the value of 180 credits.
- The program consists of five compulsory modules (75 credits), three optional modules (to the combined value of 45 credits), and an independent research project (60 credits).
- Upon successful completion of 180 credits, students will be awarded an MSc in Risk, Disaster, and Resilience.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a minimum of an upper second-class UK Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard.
- Relevant discipline is any science including social sciences or any humanities subject.
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.
Indian Students Eligibility:
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum overall CGPA of 7.75/10, 6.25/8.0, 5.75/7.0, 4.25/6.0, 3.3/4.0, or 60% where a GPA scale is not used.
- The overall mark required is dependent on the subject and the ranking of the institution at which the degree has been taken.
Scores Required
The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) results are not required.

- Statement of Purpose - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, etc.
