Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
Applicants must:
- Have completed a Level 2 maths and Level 2 English Language qualification.
- Have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Be currently, or on entry to the course, employed as an apprentice nurse in a health or care role (full-time).
- Demonstrate the appropriate values and attitudes for the programme in line with the NMC values and behaviours.
- All candidates will undertake an interview with their employer and the University, and must have a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Applicants must have:
- India Standard XII – 65% minimum from all state boards.
- Diploma from the State Board of Technical Education with 60% minimum (including MEng).
- Holders of the International Baccalaureate Diploma with 28 points or more will be considered for direct admission to Bachelor degree courses.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

- Certificates: Certificates like High School or University/College Certificates are to be submitted of education qualification.
- Resume/CV: Outline of academic achievements and/or awards, publications, relevant work, and volunteer experience.
- Test Results: Provide proof of English proficiency, if English is not the first language in student country, as proof of IELTS/TOEFL result scores is to be submitted.
- LOR and SOP required.
