  • This fascinating course examines many different aspects of the ancient Greek and Roman worlds their literature, history, philosophy, archaeology, languages and material cultures through a scholarly tradition that is both fast-moving and long-standing.
  • Students will investigate the different disciplinary areas within Classical Studies and students will come into direct contact with a wide range of evidence from classical antiquity including literary texts and material artefacts, which students will examine from multiple theoretical and methodological perspectives.
  • Students will also acquire and develop research skills that will enhance knowledge of the ancient Graeco-Roman world and prepare students for independent study, culminating in a dissertation.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Students must have a UK bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computing or a related discipline, or relevant industrial experience.
  • Students without a bachelor's degree will need to study a module from the Postgraduate Certificate in Computing (K22) to demonstrate their ability to study successfully at the postgraduate level.
  • Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL or PTE to get admission in this program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete the following eligibility criteria:

  • Completed a 3 or 4-year bachelor's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Complete the degree from well-ranked institutions with an overall grade of 60% or CGPA 7/10.
