- Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology at the University of Nottingham is a 3-year program.

- Throughout the course, students will gain an understanding of archaeological theory and practice, and a broad view of human culture from around the world.

- Students will learn through lectures, seminars, tutorials, workshops, field trips, placements, and lab sessions.
- In this course, students will also undertake 20 days of fieldwork. This usually takes place during the summer break and can involve up to five days in a museum or similar environment.
- Students have the following hours of timetabled contact a week through lectures, seminars, and workshops, tutorials, and supervisions.
- Year one: minimum of 12 hours
- Year two: minimum of 10 hours
- Final year: minimum of 8 hours
- About 75.1% of undergraduates from the School of Humanities secured graduate-level employment or further study within 15 months of graduation.

Indian Student Specific Requirements:
- For Indian Higher secondary certificate the average grades of four highest subjects will be taken
- Grade XII CBSE or ICSE boards: 84% to 93%
- Grade XII Maharashtra state boards: 84% to 93%
- Other state boards: 89% to 98%
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 with minimum 17 in writing and listening, 18 in reading and 20 in speaking
- IELTS: minimum 6.0 with 5.5 in each element
- PTE: minimum 65 with 59 in each element
