- The program will let students learn how to design and develop the next generation of software tools and systems, and gain the knowledge and techniques required to enhance and exploit computer technology.
- In this program, students will study object-oriented programming using industry-standard Integrated Development Environments, web development using HTML and CSS, database technologies including MySQL and JDBC, Artificial Intelligence and applications of Machine Learning, and many other subjects including optional modules that allow students to tailor their degree content to fit their career aspirations.
- The BSc (Hons) in Computer Science draws on the outstanding research strengths and expertise. This program shares a common first year with the other Computer Science programs, allowing students to transfer before the start of the second year if they feel an alternative course better suits their emerging interests or career aspirations.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicant should have a 2:2 (or above) UK Honours degree or an equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
Indian Eligibility:
- Indian School Certificate / Higher Secondary Certificate / Standard 12 UCAS Tariff points: 136+ = 80% 120-135 = 75% 96-119 = 70%

- Copy of qualifications to date, ie, degree certificate and transcripts
- English language score (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
VISA & Work Study
VISA
- In order to study in the UK on a course longer than 1 year, students will need a Tier 4 visa. In order to apply, students must have an unconditional offer of a place on a course with a licensed Tier 4 sponsor (i.e. the University of Bradford) enough money to support themselves and pay for your course - the amount will vary depending on the circumstances.
All General Student Visa (Tier-4) applicants need to provide:
- a current passport
- the academic evidence stated in CAS
- proof of relationship with parent or guardian and consent if under 18
- tuberculosis test results if from a country where they have to take the test
- financial evidence showing that the remaining tuition fee and an appropriate amount of maintenance or that applicant are fully sponsored (low-risk nationals are not expected to provide this evidence with the application, but the Home Office can ask for it so it is advisable to have it prepared)
- an in-date ATAS certificate, if it is specified in the offer letter that the course requires ATAS clearance
