Ph.D. (Applied Mathematics) From South Asian University, New Delhi

1. A minimum of 17 years of regular education (12 years of regular schooling + a 3-year Bachelor’s degree and a 2-year Master’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s degree + a 1 year Master’s degree leading to an MA/MSc/MTech degree in Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics/Operations Research/Physics or 12 years of regular schooling + an integrated Bachelor's and Master's degree of at least 5 years duration in Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics/Operations Research/Physics) from an institution recognized by the government of any of the SAARC countries, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade.

2. Applicants who have not completed their Masters level course and are yet to appear for their last year/semester exam may also take the Entrance Test. However, their admission will be subject to their fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria of the aggregate percentage of marks at the Masters level besides clearing the Entrance Test.

Admission is based on an Entrance Test followed by an interview.

• Tuition fee- US$ 4500 per semester (US$ 9000 per year) for day scholars  & US$ 5100 per semester (US$ 10200 per year) for boarders
