Course Details

Goa University offers BE, M.E and B.Arch courses in numerous specializations . These courses are offered in full time mode by the university. Students seeking admission in B.E , M.E and B.Arch should have passed 10+2 with PCM is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission.

BE admission is offered on the basis of candidates’ performance in Goa CET (GCET)conducted by DTE Goa while the admission to B.Arch program is granted on the basis of a valid score in NATA.

M.Tech admission is subject to GATE score or university-based departmental entrance test if seats remain vacant.

B.E	Civil Engineering	10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 40% marks in aggregate. Or Polytechnic Diploma OR B.Sc with Mathematics as one of the main subjects with 45% marks in aggregate

Or must have passed International Baccalaureate Diploma after completion of schooling with at least 50% aggregate marks and Mathematics as a compulsory subject at 10+2 level
M.E	Electronics Communication and instrumentation	Candidate must have B. E. /B. Tech degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication or equal with at least 55% marks. The minimum marks are 50% for reserved categories. Candidate must have MCA/MSc (IT) degree with at least 55% marks. The minimum marks is 50% for reserved categories. M.Sc or MCA degree holders are also eligible to apply
