Application form for Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses offered by Ganpat University is available in both online and offline format. The detailed and stepwise online and offline application process is given below:

Online:

• For online applications, visit the official portal of Ganpat University.
• Select ‘Online Admissions’ link under the ‘admissions’ tab at the home page.
• Register with a valid email id and phone number.
• Log in with the registration id received after the successful completion of registration process.
• Select the program of application and fill the personal details.
• Upload the necessary documents and proceed to pay.
• Application fee can be paid through Credit/ Debit cards or Paytm.
• Application fee can also be paid in cash, cheque or demand draft.
• Following documents have to be uploaded while filling out the application form
  • SSC Mark sheet
  • HSSC Mark Sheet
  • Graduation Mark sheet
  • Caste certificate
  • Admissions allotment letter of ACPC
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Any other certificate, supporting the claim for reservation (non-creamy layer, physically handicapped)

Offline:

• Candidates will have to visit the admissions office of the University for the Application Forms.
•  Spot admissions will be offered to the students with the valid qualifying marks at the time of submission of application form.

The candidate should have passed 10+2 in relevant stream from a recognized board

Ganpat University offers a four-year B.Tech program for which admission is based on candidates score in Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) or JEE Main. Candidates applying for B.Tech program must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/ Computer/ Biology as optional subjects. Minimum 40% aggregate marks must be scored by the applicants in the qualifying examination.

Key Points:

• As per the rules of State government, for lateral entry admissions to direct third semester, applicants must possess Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate.
• 25% of the total seats in each course will be reserved as Management Quota/ NRI Quota seats which will be filled on merit basis.

Selection Process: GUJCET- 2019 will be the basis of admission to B.Tech program.
