Saurashtra University offers admission to UG courses such as B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. either on the basis of merit or entrance exam scores. Saurashtra University selects students either on the basis of merit secured in the last qualifying exam or scores achieved in the entrance exam conducted by the University.

Saurashtra University offers admission to PG courses like MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MBA, etc. Admission is granted either on the basis of entrance exam scores or merit secured in the last qualifying exam. Mentioned below is the list of PG courses along with few of their specialisations.

Saurashtra University PG Eligibility Criteria

• For M.Sc., the candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree in the relevant specialisation with at least 50% marks in the aggregate.
  For M.B.A., the candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree in the relevant specialisation from a recognised University and he or she must be eligible for GCET or CMAT examination.
  For M.C.A., M.P.Ed., M.Com. and other PG courses, the candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree from a recognised University.

Saurashtra University PG Selection Process

• For, M.Sc., M.P.Ed., M.C.A., admission is granted on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by the University. 
  For M.A., M.Com, M.S.W. admission is granted on the basis of merit scores achieved by the students in the bachelor's degree examination.

Saurashtra University also offers admissions to the medical PG Courses MD & MS. The university offers admission to the courses on the basis of valid scores achieved by the students in the NEET PG. Mentioned below is the list of courses along with their different specialisations

Saurashtra University MD/MS Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must hold an MBBS degree from a recognised University.
  The candidate must complete a 1 year rotatory internship on or before 31st March.

Saurashtra University MD/MS Selection Process

• The candidates for MD/MS are selected on the basis of merit secured in NEET PG. 
  After getting shortlisted for admission, the candidates have to appear for offline counselling.

Saurashtra University also offers 1 year M.Phil and 3 year Ph.D. courses to the students who have completed their master's degree from a recognised University. Saurashtra University Doctorate Courses Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must hold a master's degree in the relevant specialisation from a recognised University.
  The candidate must score a minimum 55% aggregate marks in Master's degree. 

Saurashtra University Doctorate Courses Selection Process

• The candidates are selected on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by the University. 
  Students securing valid scores from the entrance exams are called for counselling/ interview rounds.
