Yenepoya University offers a BSc in Emergency Medicine and Trauma Care with students becoming eligible for campus placements and internships in their 4th year; 85% secure placements. Internships are mandatory and take place at over 10 hospitals across Kerala, including Lakeshore Hospital in Ernakulam, Yenepoya Hospital in Mangalore, and Parco Hospital in Kozhikode. There's no stipend for internships, and students, particularly from the Emergency Medicine program, are required to work for a full year, mainly in triage areas.

While the university does not provide direct campus placements, graduates have substantial employment opportunities, especially abroad. The tuition fee is 45,000 INR per semester, totaling around 4,55,000 INR over four years, including the internship year. Hostel fees are 85,000 INR per year, increasing by 5% annually.
