Eligibility Criteria

The minimum qualification fro admission to the first semester is successful completion of the qualifying 10+2 exam of Mp Board or any equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/ biotechnology/ biology as one of the subjects. The candidate must have secured minimum of 45% marks ( 40% for SC/ST/OBC of MP domicile).
The candidate who has passed diploma examination from M.P. government technical board in appropriate branch of engineering will be eligibile for admission to the first semester of four year degree course.
The candidate who has passed diploma examination with the first division from M.P. technical board in appropriate branch of engineering / B.Sc. with Mathematics as one of the subject will be eligible for admission to the third semester (second year) of four year degree course ( lateral entry).
The eligible candidate as specified in above rule (1), (2) and (3) will be admitted by the procedure specified by the University Statutory bodies.
The eligibility norms are subject to change as per guidelines from the appropriate statutory body/ bodies.
