Ph.D. (Botany) From DHSGU, Sagar

Step 1

• All candidates have to visit the University website, and choose the Services option for Application for PhD Admission/Entrance Test - 2015-16. A new window with will open showing the online application form.

Step 2

• All the details regarding preferable course along with other personal details shall be filled up by the candidate. The information must be complete and valid. Contact details must be carefully filled so as to receive the confirmation SMS/email.
• Fill in the required category of reserved/unreserved for claiming of quota.

Step 3

• Candidates have to attach their scanned photographs (maximum size 250kb) &their scanned signature (maximum size 100kb)
• Before clicking the submit button after the picture upload, candidates must check all the details they have mentioned in the particulars.

Step 4

• After successful completion of application form, candidates may proceed with the payment options for registration.
• In order to make the payment, candidates may select their payment gateway through MP Online authorized KIOSK / Net Banking / ATM cum Debit Card /Credit Cards.
• Entrance test fee is Rs.900/- for General, OBC & PC Candidate & Rs.450/-for SC/ST Candidates. 
• Once the payment is done, candidates may take a print copy of their payment receipt

Step 5

• Candidates must print 2 copies of the application form, one of which have to be sent to the Chairman, Admission Cell, Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar – (M.P.) 470003 and the other one has to be produced at the final counselling.   

Candidate must have a master’s degree in relevant stream from any recognized university.

• For OBC/Gen : Rs.3925
