The fee structure of IPM from IIM Indore is given below in detail. The fee structure for the first three years are as follows.

The course fee for International students is - 6 lakh per annum. The course fee for the 4th and 5th year students would be as per prevailing PGP fees.
The two parameters that majorly contribute to the high course fee of IIM Indore IPM are as follows.
Although IIM Indore IPM fees are high, the return on investment is worth the expenditure. The opportunities this course offers are immense. As a student of IPM, you will get to learn management skills from the best-in-class faculties. IPM students are given exposure on an international level. IIM Indore placements are great for IPM. According to recent placement highlights, the highest CTC offered for the branch is around INR 50 LPA. While the average CTC for IPM is INR 22.92 LPA.

IIM Indore is a really good institution for pursuing management studies, you will not be disappointed.
Firstly, ask yourself, why you wish to pursue IPM at IIM Indore. If you are interested in management but are coming from a not so financially well background, you should not consider IPM for management. But if you really want to pursue that particular course, you can opt for it.
IPM isn't easy to get into. It has one of the lowest returns on investment (ROI) among the top 20 or 30 B-schools. Your total course fee may be over 30 lakhs, but an MBA will cost 14 lakhs, and you will gain a superior understanding of management if you choose to pursue it.
I think I can give you an estimate of the fee as one of my close friends is an alumnus of IIM Indore. The total expenses you would have to bear for a course period of three years is about INR 12,00,000.
In contrast, the tentative expenses for the 4th and 5th-year is around INR 13,00,000. Currently. For the 4th and 5th year, mess facilities are optional depending upon whether or not you want to use them.
The total fees for IPM are nearly 20 lacs, but the returns will also be equivalent to the invested amount. You will be getting an IIM Degree and a chance to study with some of the best brains in the country.
There are many banks that will finance your education. Banks usually provide full education loans for students. Canara bank provides a full educational loan without any collateral. There are some scholarships as well such as the NBFA scholarship that are given to students of IPM.
But it is important to remember that the course will make them a better future if the candidate is ready to work hard and conquer all the challenges.

Trying to make sure my answer is as objective as possible, I have mentioned the pros of both institutes namely SPJIMR and IIM Indore. The final decision can be made by choosing the one whose benefits appeal to you the most and matches your inclinations.

Chartered Accountants and IPM from IIM Indore are not comparable because of their vastly different natures. You are advised to move toward the area of interest over here. IPM aims to develop each student holistically by helping him learn and excel in a variety of areas. Your presentation abilities improve, and your overall development is boosted. It has several different domains as its primary focus.
A CA, on the other hand, is deeply involved in the accounting industry. To be clear, it's a correspondence course. After studying, you take your exams, then write your articles. Your course of action in this will determine only your personality development and presentation skills.
You should choose between these two based on your area of interest.
