• Candidate must have to submit the entrance test fee of amount Rs. 1250/- for basic B.Sc Nursing course by DD drawn in favour of “D. Y. Patil University” Navi Mumbai from a Nationalized /Scheduled Bank, payable at Navi Mumbai / Mumbai.
• Candidate must have to submit the entrance test fee of amount Rs. 1500/- for post B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing course by DD drawn in favour of “D. Y. Patil University” Navi Mumbai from a Nationalized /Scheduled Bank, payable at Navi Mumbai / Mumbai.
• Candidate must have to submit application form and all the attested documents at the following address:

11. 3% disability reservation is given to the candidates with a disability of locomotive to the tune of 40% to 50% of lower extremity. A committee may decide whether the candidates have disability of locomotive of 40% to 50%.

13. Maharashtra Nursing Council Registration / Document of application of MNC Registration.
14. TNAI Registration.
