Passed XII standard from any recognized Education Board with Physics and Biology/Biotechnology/Botany/Zoology as compulsory subjects and obtained minimum 60% marks along with any other third subject

Selection Criteria:

Selection will be based on the merit of Class XII Best of 3 subjects score (comprising of Physics and Biology / Biotechnology / Botany / Zoology as compulsory subjects and any other third subject with the highest score)

OR

CUET Percentile score

No exit option for students registered in the 5 years integrated B. Tech-M. Tech program

In case of non-availability of the above qualifying exam scores, a personal interview shall be conducted.

• An additional mandatory Examination Fees Charges of Rs 12,000 per year
