Ph.D. (Computer Science and Engineering) From Avantika University, Ujjain

• Master's degree in relevant discipline from an approved university/institution
• 1 at least 55% marks or
  2 a minimum CGPA/CPI of 6.0 on a 10-point scale or
  3 an equivalent grade 'B’ wherever grading system is followed or


• Professional degree declared equivalent to the master’s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with
• 1 at least 55% marks or
  2 a minimum CGPA/CPI of 6.0 on a 10-point scale or
  3 an equivalent grade 'B’ wherever the grading system is followed
  4 An equivalent degree from a foreign educational Institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency which is approved, recognized, or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accrediting or assuring quality and standards of educational institutions.
  5. The equivalent degree from a foreign university shall also be with

  an at least 55% marks or
  b a minimum CGPA/CPI of 6.0 on a 10-point scale or
  c an equivalent grade 'B’ wherever the grading system is followed



• A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of CGPA/CPI/Grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy)/ Differently Abled and other categories of candidates as decided by Government of India from time to time.
• Notwithstanding anything contained in these Regulations or any other Rule or Regulation, for the time being in force, the University shall not conduct Ph.D. Programs through distance education mode.
• Part-time Ph. D will be allowed provided all the conditions mentioned in the extant Ph. D Regulations are met.

Duration – Minimum 3 years, Maximum 6 years
