The university has a total of 2,144 students out of which 2,114 students are enrolled in undergraduate and 30 in graduate programs.

The university offers courses in the field of History, Neuroscience, Computer Science, Economics & Business, Sociology, Theatre & Dance, Political science, Film & Media Studies and Anthropology.

In Fall 2022, 8552 applicants applied out of which only 1283 applicants were offered admission, making an acceptance rate of 15%. The application process is known to be highly competitive since college is known to have one of the lowest acceptance rates in the US.

Colorado College International Admissions

The Colorado College welcomes applicants from over 60 countries. International applicants can apply through Common Application. With the application, the applicant is required to submit Statement of purpose.

Academic Requirements - High school transcripts, GPA - 3.92, Two teachers evaluation, Standardized test scores

Supporting documents - Copy of Passport, Proof of financial support, Completed financial support form which acts as a Financial Affidavit of Support for F-1 Applicants, Copy of Passport (Essential for Form I-20), Copy of Visa Application Form

English Proficiency Test Score requirements - International students may submit either TOEFL, IELTS or PTE scores to prove English proficiency.

Visa Process for International Students -

• The applicant is required to fulfil the I-20 form.
• Applicants must provide the following documents to receive the I-20 Form:
  • Copy of passport
  • Proof of financial support (Affidavit and Bank Statement)
• The I-20 must be completed with accurate information.
• Students have to pay the SEVIS I-901 fee ($200) and print the receipt for the interview.
• Applicants then need to apply for the F-1 visa.
• Schedule an interview and attend the interview at the suitable U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

Colorado College Undergraduate Admissions

The Colorado College offers bachelor’s degree in close to 40 plus majors and 30 plus minors. International students are advised to complete their college and visa applications at the earliest.

Academic Requirements - Original final secondary school transcripts with a minimum GPA of 3.92 and above.

The SAT/ACT scores are required for admission.

Supporting Documents - Personal Essay, Letters of Recommendation (Two teacher evaluations from the major subject- teachers)

A portfolio will be required for courses like Film Studies, Theatre, Media Communication, Music, Visual art and creative writing. Art supplements must be submitted via Slideroom or Common Application’s art supplement platform.
